Yeah, I think you're right.  It seems to me that the draft portion is always what really makes the biggest difference.  Look at poor Phil Cape.  That just sucks.

yeah i am already seriously considering it..  tbh i wish i had attended this years.  i want to start getting into constucted more anyways cuz i thought that regionals was a lot of fun.  if this dmf is constructed which im sure it will be i would like to test and put together an actual deck.

Drafting is how Watson and Spreadbury consistently make top 8. They have yet to fail to top 8 where drafting is part of the prerequisite. I think their record was 6-0 and 5-1, respectively. Very impressive.

This deck ended up having so many different combinations once the draft was over. But I think this deck's true power was with the 2x Breen Toestubbers. Sure an elusive/untargetable Myriam is a force that cannot be stopped, but being unable to attack 2 Breens directly with them being elusive and then if you do protect against one of them having -2 attack, most protectors have very low attack to begin with.

I am posting this deck not to brag to everyone who was there on friday, but instead to pass on this little nugget of information on to those of you who were there and are planning on going to Jersey next month. Lets kick some ass in the drafts and show the world the true power of Kurzon in Limited.

Great job on the draft and congrats on the win. I always wanted to see Kurzon in action and man oh man, can he be a beating.

As for DMF Jersey, the following people are going as well as the days they will be attending:

Me - Friday definitely, maybe Saturday, not Sunday (bro's wedding)

For me, I won't know for sure for another week or so. As for playtesting, is anyone free to meet up at GamingETC this Friday before the draft?

I'm out for Friday as I have tickets to see Jeff Dunham.  If anyone is interested, Dan and I briefly discussed maybe getting together on Saturday to do some playtesting.  So anyone not going to the RCQ let us know.
