Rec'd my Treant tokens yesterday (9/23) so thanks very much!

I also wanted to note that the postmark on the package was 9/22 and it was stamped "Time-Sensitive Material" by UDE (Do the Treants go bad after a certain date like other produce? LOL!) - so kudos to whomever did that because the package arrived ONE DAY after it was postmarked.

Thanks for the update. If you make progress such that you ship the May International and then the June orders less than a month after the May ones, you'll start to catch up and get back on track.

well, today i recieved my earth elemental tokens, but thats all i have seen so far.
i had some issues with my shipping address which a member of the ude staff was helping me clear up but my last email to ude about it met with no response or update.
i am hoping that the address was changed already as i was told, but it wouldnt be the first time something was mis-shipped to me.

here's hoping that the rest of the items will find their way into my mailbox soon.
i thought it was going to be a nice birthday present to start getting back on track with my points store orders, but now im just nervous ill have to go through the hassle of tracking someone down to help me fix things.

all in all, its nice to see the store catching up on things, i just hope they havent messed up my things, hehe

So that's how it goes.... :(

Knowing I was moving to Florida about 6 to 8 weeks ago I thought it would be a good idea to change my shipping address as to ensure I got my May 1st order and every other order there after. Well I did at that point, I changed it to my mothers house knowing she'd just forward it to me in Florida when I got into my new house with my new address.

So today I was talking to an old neighbor and he mentioned that there was a package sitting on my porch from Upper Deck, he asked if my mother was still picking up my mail (I informed him no because i'd put in a change of address and it went through a while back). He then asked if he should go and get the package for me, to which I said yes. Guess what... it's not there any longer. I'm sure a kid in the neighborhood picked it up and it's gone.

Which leaves me to wonder, why on earth did I even bother updating my shipping address over a month ago if just in the last week they still sent me a package to my old address? So yeah, I waited and waited for something that when it finally did get sent they never bothered to look at the new shipping address.

Upperdeck, where do I go with this now? And will you be looking at the current shipping address before you send out any more orders?

Got my may/june binders today. Thanks Roshen. They were a long long (6 months and 6 days) time in coming but I have them now and they are both very cool. Now then what's the timeframe for the July binders to ship, anyone?
