Runetusk may be boring, but at least it's a deck built with a legitimate "timely" win condition.
Paladin stall decks are basically reactive; they sit and wait for your move, then counter, then counter again until you have no more plays. Sure this is a strategy, but not a viable one within the context of the game rules given the fact that you only have 60 minutes to play 3 matches. I think lay on hands abuses end of match procedures and should be changed, but that's just my opinion.
Honestly, having played against the Aleyah build, I found that it's not as stallish as the previous Paladin builds and had specific win conditions to end the games in a reasonable amount of time. The synergies going on with Ras'Fari were more powerful than I had first realized.
