That was a great tourney, lots of fun, I'll try to come again :-)
It's finals week at CSUH so I doubt I'll be up to it next Saturday, and then I'm off to Pittsburgh (PA) to meet the rest of my fiancee's family :-(  So maybe I'll see you all on the 20th :-)

Phew. Only had to give away one Footsteps of Illidan Loot. To Matt in round 2. Beat Matt in the re-match in top 2 to win the tourney.

So my department just went on mandatory overtime again, so I probably won't be seeing a weekend tournament for quite a while. Is there any interest in doing some weeknight play on Thursdays starting between 6:30 and 7:00?

Also, is there any interest in block format?

I wouldn't mind if we did stuff on Wednesday here and there.

I'm up for Block Constructed or Draft as long as it's announced well ahead of time. Maybe we can get Jeff to put a poster up with upcoming events.

Would the mid-week one be casual, with a Sanctioned one at the weekend? Or are you thinking of having a tournament mid-week also.

I would prefer tournament, as would C&J's I believe since this would probably run past their operating hours. I talked it over briefly with Chris the other night and if we have a group interested in tournament play he mentioned he would be willing to keep the store open late for us, but I did originally mention Thursday as the option (not sure if he works Wednesdays, but whichever day is going to bring the most people works for me). If you all could gauge interest from those attending this weekend I would be most appreciative.

If the interest is there Block would be nice. Good chance to test for realms and I have a deck I have been wanting to try out.

I wouldn't do a tournament during the week.  I have to get up for work at 6am so I don't want things to run late.
