3044790:The pseudo randomness is not as bad as it was but yes it is still very clumpy at times. I recently opened two packs, in real life, and they had exactly the same uncommons in exactly the same order though! But yeah the simulator does often get the same epic or rare two packs in a row which is very bad so it's on my to do list.
It is unfortunately probably just a bug with the pseudo random number generator (PRNG). I started out with the Mersenne Twister which some people say is awesome but lots of people on the interwebs, including an allegedly big shot mathematician George Marsaglia, say that it's rubbish and they could do better, which George supposedly did and i'm trying his PRNG instead. Are there any Mathsy people out there who know better than Mr Marsaglia?
The issue when using RNG to produce packs is that the packs themselves aren't random. Sure they're 'random', but they're actually specifically set up in certain ways. So, if you generate a pack randomly you get produce packs that 'feel' wrong (eg 2 of the same commons).
