there better be other loot card choice then just those three....they CLEARLY STATED, that the loot woulfd be FROM ALL SETS, giving you a CHANCE at the rocket mount, and the spectral tiger.....this better be the case and UDE and BLIZZARD better live up to thier bargin. if i send in my proofs of purchase and get sent back some slashdances, i am going to be very very dissapointed.

bad form UDE, and BLIZZARD, VERY BAD FORM.....you are in no position in this economic climate to start screwing over your customer base.

Yeh, I think Patrick is right.  The Darkmoon Faire was always stated as having a chance at any loot card printed up until that time.  I bought a couple decks myself just for the chance of a great loot card.  I only remember them saying that the Deluxe Starter would have "A" loot card.  I always Figured it would be associated with the current series of loot from the current set.

I bought two delux starters, should I send them seperately or can I include both in the same letter?

UDE_Patrick, can we get an answer to this question?  Many of us will be buying three Deluxe starters to get the maps and I'd like to know if I need to redeem seperately or even if multiple redemptions will be accepted.

    Thanks!

Sure, you can include them in the same envelope.

I think that you are confusing this product with the Darkmoon Faire TCG product which did have a chance at loot from all sets. Throughout the development of the Deluxe Edition it was always associated with the loot from Drums of War. -Patrick

Well that's a bold face lie, because darkmoon faire did not have a chance at getting loot from any set,   Only Dark portal.   I'm still pissed at UDE lieing about the random packs that were suppose to be in Darkmoon Faire.

Where on the packaging did it ever say that you would get random packs?  If you look at everything UDE advertised it said "Two Booster Packs."  It never specified they would be random.

Also, in these collector's sets you CAN get any loot card from the first six sets, with the exception of the Pet Biscuit and the Footsets of Illidan.  If you get one, it replaces the Darkmoon Faire Deck point card.

Sorry you're angry, but make sure you know what you're angry about.

The packs were all Dark Portal, but the ultra-mega-special 500 UDE point card was replaced with a random loot card from any set in a small sampling of packs.

The packs that were included were Dark Portal, but in the UDE Points card pack that was also included there was a chance to receive any loot that we had previously released (exception being the super-common consumable loot items). I've pulled a Goblin Gumbo out of one myself.

I can second this as I've pulled a Paper Airplane Loot and a Gumbo card from these.

That's a bold faced lie, because there were Darkmoon Faire packs with Fires of Outland. Just not in your country.

Re: Deluxe Edition: Missing Loot card

Out of the 4 Deluxe Starters I opened, 1 had a Slashdance and 3 had the promo cards in it.
I opened these in front of a store owner who was mad that EVERY Deluxe Starter did not have a loot card (he doesn't consider the promo cards to be loot).
I really wasn't bothered by this other than I thought there should have been more UDE points points in the Deluxe Starter, and that there should have been TWO loot / promo packs (because I'd have 2 if I bought 2 starters).
However, the game boards will be great to replace the paper fold-up maps.
I wished that there were more pet tokens (we get Tiger and Voidwalker but not Raptor and Succubus) and there should have been more Totem tokens.

Sadly, there is nothing left for me to connect until the next set comes out in April (right before Realms).

    I quit
    I'm done
    This game's
    No fun

I agree, I thought we should get 2 packs also...not that I actually use my points, but they are good for trading.

Re: Deluxe Edition: Missing Loot card

well you can send in the page 41 of the rulebook to get your other loot cards.  and secondly there doesn't need to be 2 promo packs cause they are guaranteeing you a loot card.  So send in your page, get your loot and you'll be happier.  Unless they wanted to coordinate one pack guaranteeing a loot and the guaranteeing a promo card.  that would have given 2 UDE point cards, a promo and a loot.  that would have been really cool.

On a side note, I bought 8 boosters the other day.  I don't know if they were from the same case, but I pulled 5 slashdance and 1 Red Bearon from 8 packs.

in case anyone is keeping track.  I got a deluxe without a loot card as well.  thanks UDE for finding the problem and correcting it.
