    Re: The Best Way to Abuse Bluffwatchers?

    the more the clearer i understand that this would be a real hard-nut challange to complete. got wipped by a solo pally w/ kroll blade. pretty emberasing.

    anyway. i put up anothre 2 decklists. another option is to go for the pally with blessing of kings (that's what a few friends of mine insists).

    these are straight from MWS so that is why it is in sucha format.

    first one. warrior:
      Lionar, Unbound {SOB}
    // Lands
        4 [HFI] Akama's Promise {HFI}
        4 [DOW] The Last Barov {DOW}
        2 [FOH] For Great Honor {FOH}
        3 [SOB] Kim'jael Indeed! {SOB}
        3 [DOW] Arena Master {DOW}
        2 [BOG] Arena Grandmaster {BOG}
        2 [BOG] A Question of Gluttony {BOG}

    // Creatures
        27 [TDP] Bluffwatchers {WOWTDP}
        3 [BOG] Kino the Cold {BOG}

    // Spells
        3 [AZR] Burn Away {WOWAZR}
        3 [BOG] Defiance {BOG}
        4 [MOL] Puncture {WOWMOL}

    and the second one. druid
     Kauno Stonehoof {AGM}
    // Lands
        4 [HFI] Akama's Promise {HFI}
        4 [DOW] The Last Barov {DOW}
        2 [FOH] For Great Honor {FOH}
        3 [SOB] Kim'jael Indeed! {SOB}
        3 [DOW] Arena Master {DOW}
        2 [BOG] Arena Grandmaster {BOG}
        2 [BOG] A Question of Gluttony {BOG}

    // Creatures
        26 [TDP] Bluffwatchers {WOWTDP}
        3 [BOG] Kino the Cold {BOG}
        3 [DOW] Cairne Bloodhoof {DOW}

    // Spells
        4 [SOB] The Natural Order {SOB}
        4 [AZR] Vanquish {WOWAZR}
    (imagine getting a bear with 50 HP killed. that's a god damn onyxia :D )

    i got A LOT of quests in there cuz with bluffs i just need that exctra drawing power. although the tauren foragers (or what they called) can go it. forager <..> is 1/1/1 ally with "when it redies draw a card"

    2067168:
    I was thinking a straightforward warrior deck with the following would be ultra-cheap to make and get a few laughs (And perhaps cause some embarassing losses):

    30x Bluffwatcher
    4x Tatulla the Reclaimer

    4x Finishing Shout
    4x Battle Shout
    3x Rallying Shout (A bunch of 5/5 and up Bluffwatchers that can all protect eachother to insure longevity of each individual, to keep the stat boost? Yes plz)
    3x Defensive Stance

    As far as quests. . . I don't know, but it needs some decent draw power to keep the deck moving (demonic contamination? kim'jael indeed? torek's assault? tabards of the illidari? against the illidari?), since the only card advantage is going to come from bluffwatchers being larger than their allies, or winning the game before it matters by smashing into their hero with a pile of bluffwatchers.

    A sub-theme here is how against a deck without ability removal, their allies will have a hard time hurting my hero even if they took care of all the bluffwatchers because of defensive stance + finishing shout reducing all effective damage from allies by 2 per combat. And 1 damage DOT affects won't touch me at all because of the stance.

    And yes I know Bringer or Pinprik = I lose, but a single Bringer of Death would cost more than  TWICE this entire deck combined, so I'm not too concerned about any blows to my pride in that respect. And as far as Pinprik, we're both making for-fun decks at that point. It's a for-fun idea.

    Thoughts on other possible ways to have fun with Bluffwatchers, and comments on my current concept please?

    EDIT: In retrospect, I think not having anything to drop on turns 1 or 2 isn't such a good idea. But what can I put there that fits the theme, and doesn't involve removing too many bluffwatchers?

    Interesting concept, only 'major' problem I could foresee you running into is someone who perhaps has 'Owned' in their deck at which point on turn 6 your game is literally over.

    yeah that would ruin my day. but.. there are always a few POSSIBLE interrupts. if anything like that would pop up.  i think i would get a few of them to the side deck

    I think a drood with pack tactics could go nicely with bluffwatcher build... also the tauen only location buffing their health even more is nice :P

    Re: The Best Way to Abuse Bluffwatchers?

    it might just be a good idea.  i might try that out.

    it might be beyond my capabilities to put up a competitive deck like this. and the main problem is it will be very temporary. when you go to the local club you will win for the first few games or maby the first day. but afterwards people will know what will happen if they let you bring dwon the whole fleet of bluffs on the field. and they will do everything in their power to crowd-control your team.  a while back i got slayed by a pally. he was lucky to have a krol blade and a cheap armour in an opening hand. so the blade went out and without taking much dmg to himself he started taking my bluffs as soon as they entered the field. yesterday got whooped by a will of the forsaken warlock.  he went by the same strategy - not to let me have more bluffs... the rest you can guess.

    so maby we'are doing something wrong? maby the deck with ONLY bluffs like it is now fails automaticly, maby they should only be a "flavor" to a deck like running ~10 or so of them in one. for a distraction or for unforseen "beat-up condition" i'm getting really pesimistic about this whole thing :(
