Teron Gorefiend is awful. The only time I could ever contemplate using it is in control in a discard/lockdown heavy meta. For rush, 3 for 1 will never cut it. Dr Boom's damage doesn't really matter when your playing rush, as your life total doesn't matter, but an extra card does.
