i just have 2 questions:
1 - if UDE can't handle the load from PAST orders why are there still being new items added to the point store that you KNOW are going to have the same problem. i think they need to find a solution to handle the current problem before opening themselves to new items for problems.
2 - is the VS game having the same wait period problem as we are on receiving their items.
granted im still waiting on items, but for me its not reached the full 10 week period. its been only a month but they are still classified as "not yet shipped", but as long as they're received by the 10 week period im cool. but just out of curiousity if they are not received by the "allow up to 10 weeks" marker or they try to pull a "out of stock before pulling your order" when they said "in stock" when i ordered them, doesnt this leave them liable to false advertisement lawsuits? this just seems like a mjaor issue they would like to worry about especially when they have so many orders they're behind on.. but that's just my opinion on matters. like i said im waiting for my 10 week limit then ill worry.
