    Is Tactical mastery overyhyped?

I hear lot of whining over the move of TM.  Sure it is helpful for stance dancing but the fact remains that you don't need to do alot of stance dancing to be an effective warrior.  and if you really need to switch stances a warrior can just wait till he has zero rage (which should happen often) in order to avoid wasting any.

Tactical Mastery in my opinion is a situational talent good for alot of situations.    With it you can more easily overpower or revenge if your in the beserker stance, you can pop beserker rage if your in any other stance and you have more easy access to your other spell interrupting abilities.

It makes these abilites more accessible.  They still cost the same amount of rage, they still have the same effects, they're just accessible.  When looked at in this light it's a useful talent but not that "absolute neccesity" that people claim that it is.

I normally take it but it isn't going to be the end of the world if I can't fit it into a build.

I'm not a Warrior, but my friend plays a Warrior and she stands by Tactical Mastery.  In her case, she does end up switching stances a lot (don't ask me why), and I guess it works out to being pretty useful.

there are apparently enough reason for stance dancing for our main warriors (tank or dps) have the 3 stance linked to the wheel mouse !!

most of them are for quick change like fear resist and taunting with the 3 available taunt. There are other I'm not aware of.

Saying a warrior can drop to 0 rage to change stance is something I heard them talk about and it was something unthinkable for them.

Tactical mastery is pretty much a MUST. For pvp it is a MUST.  For a PVE warrior who is tanking it is a MUST.  For a PVE warrior who is fury specced its not so much a must but it is still good.  Being able to switch stances and have rage to use an ability is incredibly useful.

The last fight i took advantage of it in was vs Gluth. This doggy fears you and being able to swap stances and keep rage to reapply sunders, demo shout, sheild slam = very good.

Another instance is on c'thun phase two where you need to intercept tentacles then start sundering them immediatlely
