I have considered Taste of Arcana, not sure what to take out for it. I may side deck it.

    Re: Weldon free Blackice

I haven't found Taste of Arcana to be as useful past early in the game, late game it usually doesn't bother my opponents to pay the extra 1 resource so it doesn't interupt. On the other side of it though Nether Fissure is only useful after turn 4 or 5.

I may use Taste of Arcana to help with early game so I can set up for the win.

    Re: Weldon free Blackice

The thing you have to understand is Black Ice is all about tempo. You want to be able to stop their threats whilst keeping playing your own. You do this via cards like Glous and Gromble.

Taste does a superb job of stopping them being able to play on curve, allowing your powerful cards to overwhelm them. Even just the threat of a Taste when you have 1 open can waver their decisions.

    TL;DR Use Taste.

    This.
It's the early turns where Black Ice will get all its tempo and allow it to develop the board that will win the game
