Regarding the infamous burgle. I have a blackout truncheon and a black amnesty in play. I burgle and my opponent is duel wield ing weapons. Do I get the option to destroy any of the weapons or combination of the weapons in play? I notice burgle says "you control them" not gain control.

You control them and you gain control of them are functionally identical. You still move the cards to your side of the play area.

If you already had two weapons and take control of two more weapons, you can choose to destroy your opponent's weapons that you just took control of.
