Two copies of your win condition? Are you sure?
Only 4 Air and 4 Fire totems? Not enough. I recommend Hatchet and Searing.
12 quests? Not nearly enough. Try running some DMFs, and Against the Illidaris.

Tidal Mastery isn't a win-con, it's a joke. You're better off playing a stall game until Gorehowl.
