I just purchased a pre-paid card and was entering WoW with such desire to kill some horde, that my brain was boiling from the lust of battles to be won. Then -like a warlock, the draining of power like nothing I've experienced (and yes, I've done Gnomeregan too). The first couple of numbers from the card just were wiped off with the surface removed, then the management page was 'unavailable' and for how long? Even the moongod doesn't seem to know.

What's happened while I was away? Gnomes redesigned the website? Blizzard hired some blood-elf hippies for server upkeep? Never should you underestimate the lack of tolerance of your clients, o' mighty wizards of Blizzard!

Make it work. Now. Noooow!

By the way -if a couple of first numbers on a gamecard are somehow too messy to read, can customer service help you with the issue? I was using a coin to scratch the number and somehow it got the numbers to get messy and allmost unreadable.
