Disco Card Redemption Trouble

I"m having trouble redeeming my Disco Inferno card and am hoping I"m just inputting something wrong. When I enter the code on the WoW website I'm told its invalid. I"ve attempted retyping it half a dozen different ways thinking the "1"s were maybe spacers or any such idea and no matter how I put the code in either theres too many "blocks" of numbers or it just comes back wrong. Is there a specific format somewhere for how to put the code in?

Try e-mailing entertainment@upperdeck.com, they should be able to help you. Just to make sure, you aren't trying to redeem an Asian loot card for a non-Asian server or vise versa, are you? The Asian loot cards are only redeemable on the Asian servers.
