    I am not sure I am in the right area, but here goes.

    On March 18, 2009 I cashed in my points and placed an order for "Mechanical Dragonling (Mya, Dragonling Wrangler) SKU: mechdragontoken001"

    The only reason I bought cards after the first pack was to get points to get my dragonling.

    It is now July 4th and I have not received my order. Why?

    I have tried to e-mail the company but they do not reply.  What else can I do to get my order?

    it is the point store do not expect to get your items fast
    well i wasn't on the site all summer what did i miss

    I received my Dragonling tokens just a couple of days ago, so I think you should expect yours soon.

    UDE officially anounced that they'd be sending all the late orders before the 17th, so you should expect to receive it quite soon (before the end of July). They are trying to catch up with the huge problems they had before.

    It took 10 months or more to get some of my items. I REALLY hope this is fixed in the future. With the store saying all backorders will be shipped by next week (7/17/09) hopefully you'll get your tokens.

    i just hope that their idea of updating the point store isn't online only items for the most part because as of now that is all that i see. I would like to see more wow merchandise like it used to be like play mats and things of that sort.

    Another thing I have heard that if you dont play the mmo and live outside the US the points store is going to be useless

    I've many points, but  ude remove all tokens from the point store before I can take theme.

    I dont't play online game, so my points are useless  CLAP CLAP CLAP

    its because only tokens could be delivered because everything else was as ude said "too expensive tto ship"

    Yea, I ordered my mini pets at the beginning of the month and they haven't even been shipped yet.

    Just because your order status says not yet shipped doesn't mean they haven't... I have stuff I ordered back in 2007 (and received) that STILL says unshipped.

    Like has been said before in this thread, we are going through back orders, please be patient with us and we will get everything out as soon as we can.
