Hello,

I'm new to this game and still learning the basics ,

During the draw phase does everybody draw 2 cards or just the person that has the initiative

 Whats the meaning of the effects of--  Cosmic,  Cosmic-Surge, and  Surge

a) The game based effect that is added to the chain as the draw phase starts is: "Each player draws two cards."
