Fix'd. That card isn't great. It's a slower Polymerization for Synchros. It's likely to get downgraded in rarity for TCG CSOC.

Try $30+!  and it probaby won't be downgraded (none of the original ultras of TDGS were).

It's called "GOYO ABUSE".  You kill your opponent's Non Tuner, and then E-Teleport a Tuner to the field, and activate it to synchro summon and attack again, or you kill your opponent's Level 2 Tuner with Goyo, and special it, then you Synchro for a Level 8 Stardust during the same battle phase.

And since you're Synchro Summoning by an outside card effect, Black Horn of Heaven / Solemn Judgement can't kill the monster being summoned.  Solemn Judgement can prevent the activation of Urgent Tuning.

We will have to wait to see if sending the Tuner & Non-Tuners is considered a cost of activation for Urgent Tuning, or if it is done during the resolution of the effect (Probably during the resolution of the effect like a Fusion Summon)

Lol. Urgent Tuning is useful, but it's not broken by any means. If it had a protection effect that prevented the Synchro monster to be targeted by your opponent's card effects during that turn, then it would be broken. All you have to do is Compulsory or D. Prison the Synchro monster.

See, then they wasted more cards.
