Mysterio Boost power and the uniqueness rule

Okay, guys, this is a good one.

When I recruit Mysterio (Sinister Syndicate / Web of spiderman) and pay the boost effect that permit to me search another card named mysterio and place it on my front row, can I place a card named Klun <>Mysterio (Concealed) in the front row of my Hidden Area instead pick the same mysterio card who start this effect?

    Thanks for the help,

Re: Mysterio Boost power and the uniqueness rule

    Mysterio, Quentin Beck (MSM-083R)
Character, 3, Sinister Syndicate, 4/2, Range
    Evasion ¶
Boost 1: When Mysterio enters play, search your deck for a card named Mysterio and put it into your front row.

Francis Klum <> Mysterio, Mutant Magician (MTU-096C)
Character, 4, Sinister Syndicate, 8/5, Concealed, Range
    Mutant—Mental
Whenever another Sinister Syndicate character you control defends, you may exhaust Francis Klum. If you do, remove all defenders from this attack and Francis Klum becomes a defender.

    a) No, you can't. Francis Klum has the identity Mysterio. Mysterio's triggered effect only allows you to search for a card with the _name_ Mysterio.

Re: Mysterio Boost power and the uniqueness rule

Okay. So, if you activate the boost you only could find in the deck another copy of Mysterio (cost 3 / web of Spiderman) or you could take another character of other sets with the first part of the card name is Mysterio, if any?

This small "Name <> Identity" aspect of the Francis Klum / Mysterio card could be used to be recruited as normal when you get another mysterio in play (without the boost), because the uniqueness rule doesn´t apply, right? That means, I can recruit both Mysterio and Francis Klum without suffer the KO rule.

     Thanks in advance,

    a) There is only 1 card with the name Mysterio (MSM-083R).

    b) Yes. Francis Klum and Mysterio have different names. Recruiting one while the other is in play doesn't invoke the uniqueness rule.
