Hello, people.

 

This is a small doubt about Cosmic surge. When the character with Cosmic surge enter play he doesn´t had any counter on it, but if he survive the round, when he get a cosmic counter on recovery phase, right? But if he is stunned this round after he comes to the field, he get the cosmic Counter on recovery?

 

Another thing, Wolverine <> Skrullknucked (cost 3 / Skrull) had his cosmic counter this turn, now the opponent team attack him and stun the skrull. He loose the cosmic counter on recovery phase as said on rules, BUT if he survive another round after this one, can he get the cosmic counter back using cosmic surge? Or the cosmic surge is a one shot ability that will be lost after this character is stunned and get the +5 Atk bonus he loose 2 rounds early?

Cosmic Surge is a Trigger Power that triggers at the start of the Recovery Phase. If they are stunned then it will not trigger even if you are going to recover them.

Cosmic Surge triggers every Turn not just the turn they come into play. So yes if Wolverine is unstunned at the start of the next Recovery Phase he will get a new counter.
