I have my level 1 certifications for Tournament Organizer, but I cannot upload my tournament results because I do not have a password.  I was wondering if the password is simply the password that I use to log into the UDE website for my account.  If this isn't the case, I was wondering if someone could provide me details to get a password so I may upload the tournament results that are accumulating on my computer.

The password that MANTIS uses is usually the same password you used when you took your TO test.

The password you use is the one going with your UDE number. You should have gotten a password when you activated you UDE number as far as I know. So it is most likely not the password for your webaccount.

Hope this helps, if not, I think you can reset your password with the UDE somewhere on the site.

The password for MANTIS is the same password you use to access your profile on the UDE site, and the same password you use to take the online tests.

To be a bit more specific since there are conflicting answers...

If you have an older UDE # (a paper UDE card), then, by default, MANTIS will work with the password associated with that UDE #.

If you have a newer UDE# (a plastic UDE card), then, you will need to email player@upperdeck.com requesting the password for your UDE#.  This is the password that MANTIS will use.

If you do not know the password associated to your older UDE#, then you can email player@upperdeck.com">player@upperdeck.com requesting said password.
