for some time, a friend of mine has been trying to report tournaments. he's been doing it for a year now, but during the last month, he told me he can't report the events and that every time he tries to do so, the following message appears:

He tried to close and open the tourneys and report them again (it usually fixes the problem, reporting the event once while ignoring the problem) but this time it didn't work.
Since we got a big tournament in a few days, he asked me to post this in order to find ways to solve the problem.
