Processing errors for the month of June

I have done two tournaments a week (1 for VS, 1 for Yu-Gi-Oh!) for the month of June.  Recently I have noticed that the results of none of these tournaments have been updated on UDE's tournament locator.  Whenever I perform a data uplink to report a new tournament, the other tournaments show up with the tag "processing error."  I have sent an email to TO@upperdeck.com with exported files of my tournaments in hopes that they will be processed.  Was this the best way to go about things, or should I use a different method to report my sanctioned tournaments now that Mantis seems to be failing me?

Re: Processing errors for the month of June

    I am experiencing similar problems.

The problem dates were mostly June, but I think I had processing errors on other dates as well.

I tried going to the archive, re-opening the problem tournaments then re-closing and then trying to update again.

It appears to solve a couple of problems, but it ends up with the same list of problem tournament dates at the end.

We run 2 or 3 tournaments a week.  This could get messy.

Re: Processing errors for the month of June

My TO is experiencing the same problem the tournaments sent in are showing as sent but not final, we have 2 during the month of June that got to "final" but the rest will not go to "final" and they are not showing thr results on the tournament locator. Aparantly this is a widespread problem does anyone have an explanation?

    Thanks alot,

    Hi,

I'm from Switzerland and I have the same problems as you.

I have send emails to to@upperdeck.com, but the only answer I received was:

Are you getting an error message? If so, can you please tell me what that message says?

I have answering that I don't received any error message and that I'm thinking that the problem comes from UDE. Since that, I don't received any emails or solution to transmitting my tournaments results....

When anyone knows how I must do.... please answer me on: info@la-thune.ch. I thank for any help from every one.

Re: Processing errors for the month of June

    Hi, it's me again: Evelyne

I receive an answer from UDE that can helping you to send your tournaments results. See the COPY of the email:

    COPY:
    Hi Evelyne,

Unfortunately, some TO’s will encounter a “Processing Error” for certain tournaments that are uploaded. The digital department is currently looking into this. In the meantime, please e-mail the tournament files for the tournaments that you are receiving a “possessing error” for to to@upperdeck.com. I can forward the tournament files(s) to our digital department so they can upload the tournament. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for the tournament to be uploaded once if forward it to our digital department. Once the tournament(s) have been uploaded by our digital department, those tournaments should not display a “processing error” in MANTIS.

The following is how to locate the tournament file(s):

    - Click on the "Archives" tab to find the tournament.
    - After you have found it, click on it and then click on the "View" button.
    - That tournament name will now show up in red in your activate tournament window.
    - Click on "Tournament" in the menu bar so you can see the list of options.
    - From that list, you need to select and click on "Export Tournament to file". This will open up a new window.
    - Give that tournament file a name and save that file on your desktop.

That is the file that you need to send as an attachment in this e-mail.

I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

    Thanks.

I hope that can help all TO's.

    Have a nice day.

    Best Regards.
