I've read that we will see Zombie World. Whether it will be the same or not is unknown. We won't see this deck until REALLY late this year or first quarter next year.

?
It's scheduled for release in October, what the big question is, how intact will it be.
Eg
Gernia is is Champion Pack 4, Magical Stone is in Champ Pack 2, Soul Taker is a Secret in GLAS so those 3 are prob out, even Zombie Master's a Super in TAEV & Vampire's Curse is an Ultra in PTDN so they may remove them as well.
What other changes may they do?

True, but looking at some of the earlier Structures, our definition of playable may differ from UDE/Konami's definition of playable....

take a good long look at the last 2 Structure decks:
Rise of the Dragon Lords
The Dark Emperor

both of these two were altered from their Japanese form, but highly usable as a standard deck base.

I'm not saying they haven't gotten better. The more recent structures have been quite playable (which is why I said to look at the earlier structures).

Still if you look at the cards I listed Gernia, Magical Stone, Soul Taker, Zombie Master, Vampire's Curse.
The most likely ones Gernia, Magical Stone, Soul Taker could be replaced whilst leaving the deck quite playable

The last two Zombie Master, Vampire's Curse are a bit tricker, Zombie Master especially, as some of our local players have said that if he goes the deck would be crippled.

Although we do have some player's who say as long as the unique cards (Ie Undead World, prob renamed to Zombie World) are in it they will buy it regardless of it's playability.

you're forgetting that this deck is more like the Light and Dark decks with OCG cards that never got released in TCG (Magical Arrow, Overpowering Eyes, etc)

Well since the local stores here (and we are often the last to know anything) has the October release date from the distributor, it looks like this deck has a more of an apperence of comming out then the Light & Dark decks did.
So, in regards to your last post do you think they may actually remove some or all of the OCG cards from it?

That would be quite unfortunate.

the OCG New cards (the 5 that were new to Japan) will probably be in it.  (3 monsters, 1 spell, 1 trap).  The "Overpowering Eyes" and "Magical Arrow" will probably be removed...  Overpowering eyes + Vampire Lord = Abuse.

It's too bad, I would have loved to see Magical Arrow in the deck. Too bad Overpowering Eyes can't work with Spirit Reaper. 3 star Reaper on the Nightmare would be sweet.

Oct 21, 2008 release date.

It seems that we can probably expect a lot of changes (Plague Wolf was added!).  Zombie Master may remain, and (if we're lucky) Il Blud will be placed in the spot of the other Zombie Master.

i keep reading that the SD15 is coming with Il Blud and goblin zombie but no matter where i go it doesnt say that it is...oh well i wasnt really expecting it anyway (i still need an Il Blud) but what i really want is zombie master, zombie world, and red eyes zombie dragon to get closer to finishing my zombie deck

and also i keep reading that Il blud and zombie master would be cheap together but the combo i use in my zombie deck is the sould absorbing bone castles and a Il blud or zombie master (Il blud would be better) use his effect to special summon a strong monster from the grave then the opponent losses the top six cards from their deck then use mass driver or ectoplasmer and sac the strong monster for dammage then repeat with IL blud, zombie master, book of moon, mezuki, or monster reborn its really cheap (tho the turtle is cheap with three bone castles too)
