The account gets locked when you enter too many invalid codes in order to prevent people from trying to re-use numbers and cheat the system. Mine has been locked out a couple of times so far too...
Send an email to
entertainment@upperdeck.com and they'll be able to get your account unlocked.
Make sure you include your name, UDE# and email account so they can verify the correct info.
