    Judging at Worlds: Thanks.

As with my experience in the past, the judging keeps on getting better and more consistent. For those of you who I directly interacted with (Simon, Scott, Siggie, and Ben), great job at keeping a professionally run tournament with quality decisions.

To both those I did and did not directly interact with  (or neglected to mention due to my horrible memory): Thanks for judging and continuing to do so.  The game would be a lot worse if we didn't have you all around.

I have to absolutely agree, I think the judging this weekend was very well done.  Events seemd to go off with very little problems.  I know we had some PM issues with the drop kicking a deck box etc.  But I personally was very happy with the weekend.

Every judge and volunteer should receive a well deserved pat on the back for a job well done.  I hope to see alot of you guys in Vegas (if not before then at the Durotaur Realm Champs).  If you aren't at Vegas I'm sure I will see you guys at an event next year.

    Signing Off,

    Zo

Thank you guys!  I made a comment after day one that I hadn't handed out any "roll too many" or "roll too few" dice warnings.  This very well may the obvious of people not calling us over for it, but in truth, after watching the whole weekend, I think everyone stepped their game up a lot!

Mike, it's always a pleasure watch you and the "crew" play and thanks for the kind words.  We have a great community and I am hoping with out positive attitude, the game will get much, much, better!

I won't be able to make Vegas unfortunately, as it's my daughter's birthday that weekend, but I'll be there in spirit while my little girl turns 16.  Sheesh I'm old.

    See you at Realms though!

Dude, Scott, give your girl what she REALLY wants for her birthday--a shot at winning DMF: Las Vegas!

My greatest pleasure from the weekend (if we use a bell curve and throw out the "EE!" I squeaked) was in getting to work with the great crew from NACC again and in working with several new faces.

I'm thrilled players value the consistency and professionalism we're striving to bring to the game after WoW Minis' bumpy start.  It's almost criminal that I get to take off work whenever I want to for "Volunteer work" around the country, because as much as it entails long, LONG hours and incredibly early hours for most of us, the fun doesn't end for me till I'm on the plane home.

DMF:Vegas, we got some new Minis RK2s for you, baby!!

    Cheers!

She came in 20th out of 70 at worlds, maybe that IS what she wants?  Now how do I explain that to the family flying in from NY to surprise her?  :-)
