My thoughts on this is that Bestial fury does not stop Mocking Blow from working since Mocking Blow is not actualy ticking anyone up just cause them to choose and attack, and it is not the Mocking Blows fault that the attack costs ticks.
Is this correct? I come to this by thinking of instant attacks that cost 0 and so don't tick anyone up.
