Arugal's You Too Shall Serve and summoning pets

After going through the new rules version (1.05) we've come to a little ... strange and awkward conclusion that is enforced by the rules BUT overruled with common sense.

    For Reference :
Archmage Arugal Only. Play only during ticks 6-10. End Arugal's turn, gain control of target non-legenday enemy, and immediately take a turn with it. Both that enemy and Arugal pay its costs for the turn.

If Player A would use this on Character B , he gains controll of it for 1 whole turn , nothing wrong or strange about it(so no problems there). Player A may use the ABC's of Character B , still no problems found.
Now the issue : What if Player A , using Character B , summons or calls , one of B's Pets ?

400.1 A player controls the characters and tokens he or she puts into play, and the Action Bar cards of those
characters. No more than one player can control the same thing at the same time.

Would Player A be the legal controller of the pet ?

Yes, the pet would be under Player A's control.

    Thanks for the reply!

Still the question remains : Is this working as planned or will there be a errate/rule change/rule update for this ?

I've never seen this during play but it seems a little...strange?

I raise another question. Say when it returns to Player B, the first pet stays with Player A, but then the character summons a new pet. Although the player controlling the pet still has control over it, the pet's "master" has called a new pet into play. Would this not cause the first pet to be destroyed, despite it being under different control?

    Fine, I'll post my certifications...

"...the character that summoned it (its master)..."

Pets look to see who the 'master' is which is defined by the character that summons it, not the player.

"If that master already has a pet, the old pet is removed from play."

This is interesting... could they take a turn with it if it was say a Water Elemental from Jaina as it's on the same tick?

I would think that Arugal's controller would take a turn with Mini X, summon the pet, which counts as it's action, unless it's an instant pet, and then move with that mini.  If it is what the majority of pets are, actions and non-instants, then they wouldn't get an action with the pet at all as it would be on a higher tick.  I guess the benefit is pushing the character up for like 3 or 4 depending on the pet's cost?
