When will the Zombie World Structure deck be legal for Regional and higher events?

Until Jeff P. updates the Appendix A, it will never be tournament legal for even locals.

Unsanctioned Tournaments are not Legal UDE Tournaments.  Therefore, my statement remains correct without mentioning them.

Also, the original question was being asked about Regionals, Shonen Jump Championship, and National level events, not your average run-of-the-mill store tournaments.

not all locals are sanctioned. saying the set isn't legal even for locals is not correct. nowhere in your post did you mention ude tournements.

Unsanctioned Tournaments do not have to abide by UDE rules.  Therefore they can set their own Ban Lists, their own Legality dates.  We do not moderate Unsanctioned Tournaments, not do I care about them.

The original question was about Legal Date for Regionals and Higher events.  We don't have a Policy Document listing its legal date, therefore until Jeff P. Posts the New Update, Zombie World and its cards cannot be used in Duels-Worth-Mentioning on the UDE Forums.

C'mon guys, were suppose to be here to help the Yugioh community and by and large everyone does so here quite well, let's keep it that way. Let's do that community servce in a cooperative and mature way and set the example alright?

The first thing I tell judges I'm working with before a tournament is to leave their pride and ego at the door. We work best and are able to provide the best service when we do so in a cooperative manner as a team effort. Petty arguments about wording belong in PM, even then they don't reflect well on anyone.

Reprints are legal upon Release.

Save pre-printed reprints i.e Stardust Dragon/Red Dragon Archfiend from the tin before the release of TDGS and Black Rose Dragon/Turbo warrior from the tins before the release of Crossroads Of Chaos.

this seems important, a Walmart in Del City was selling these stuctures (they are legit is what freaked me) and has been since Thursday at least. I say was selling them cuz they sold out. The cards are real, but ithis seems to be some sort of violation and extremely unfair to the rest of the Yu-Gi-Oh!! community.
