    When Scarlet Spider goes down...

    Hello once again, true belivers!

This question is about the famous Scarlet Spider (Web of Spiderman) that can undo the uniqueness of Spidey when he is in the hand in recruit phase... My doubt is what happen in this scenario:

Scarlet Spider (Ben Riley) is in the player´s  hand and he don´t had any other character to drop. He already had Spiderman (Marvel team-up / pay 7 atk and exhaust a target enemy character) in support row and the Spiderman (Alien symbionte) on the front row... When is his time to recruit, he decide to drop Scarlet spider from his hand. He reveal and drop the same Scarlet Spider from hand to the field... but this wion´t end the effect of Ben Riley and must KO all spiderman doubles on the field? OR this effect is still valid and the spiderclones continues until the next turn?

    Thanks in Advance,

Re: When Scarlet Spider goes down...

    Scarlet Spider, Ben Reilly (MSM-051C)
    Character, 6, Spider-Friends, 10/12
Other Spider-Friends characters you control get +2 ATK while attacking. ¶
Reveal Scarlet Spider >>> Cards named Spider-Man are not unique this turn. Use only if Scarlet Spider is in your hand.

Uniqueness (for characters) is only checked as part of resolving a recruit or substitute effect for a unique character. Once he has both Spider-Man in play, he no longer needs to reveal Scarlet Spider at later turns unless he wishes to recruit or substitute another character with the name "Spider-Man".

As the recruit effect for Scarlet Spider resolves, the each other unique object with the name "Scarlet Spider" is put into its owner's KO'd pile. Both Spider-Man's in play are not affected, and will continue to remain in play for future turns (until he recruits/substitutes another Spider-Man).

As an additional note: Once Scarlet Spider has been revealed, Cards named Spider-Man are not unique for the turn. This is regardless if the card remains in that player's hand.

I don´t get it... Can you clarufy a little bit, please?

If I KO Scarlet spider this turn, the many spiderman cards on the field in next turn will be affected by Uniqueness rule? Or what already in play, remains in play until another Spiderman is recruited?

    Thanks,

What is already in play, remains in play until another Spider-Man is recruited (or substituted).
