When I check the locater list for events I see that Regional events have notes about the event with their posting.

How do you do this?

Or is this something reserved to the versions of Mantis that the PTO's use?

I beleive the PTO's have another version of Mantis that allows them to enter other data needed.  They can also run the "Participation" mode for the sneak events.  It allows them to see how many times a person participates.  From what I have been told, it won't be available for local users, only PTOs.
